Exams.ws grants to a single user the right to use the product on a single computer. The user may not install a copy on a network server or allow multiple users. If the user wishes to put the product on a network server or allow multiple users, the network or multiple-user version must be purchased from exams.ws.

Exams.ws products, may not in whole or in part, be copied, photocopied, reproduced, translated or reduced to any medium, electronic or otherwise, or machine readable form without prior written consent from exams.ws.

You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, disclose or otherwise transfer the software or the documentation, in whole or in part, to any third party.
